建筑加固的特點是什么

碳纖維布加固修復混凝土結構技術是采用配套膠粘劑將碳纖維布粘貼于混凝土表面,起到結構補強和抗震加固的作用。廣泛適用于建筑物梁、板、柱、墻的加固,并可用于橋梁、隧道等其它土木工程的加固補強。粘貼纖維織物(布)復合材加固法即用改性環(huán)氧樹脂粘貼各種符合標準GB50367-2006規(guī)定的碳纖維單向織物布復合材,S玻璃布,(玄武巖布),單向織物布及GB/T221491-2008規(guī)定的芳綸布,芳玻韌布復合材料。

植筋工藝流程是什么

1、彈線定位
根據(jù)變更設計圖紙的鋼筋數(shù)量及位置,標注出植筋位置。經(jīng)我質(zhì)檢部門驗收,位置符合設計要求后才可以鉆孔。
2、鉆孔
用沖擊鉆鉆孔,鉆頭直徑應比鋼筋直徑大4~8mm左右,鋼筋直徑為Φ25,鉆頭選用φ32的合金鉆頭。鉆孔深度不小于20d(d為鋼筋直徑),實際鉆孔深度應取600mm,鉆頭始終與承臺保持垂直。
備注:按照《混凝土結構加固設計規(guī)范》GB50367-2006中提供的植筋基本錨固長度公式計算:錨固深度ls=434mm,小于實際鉆孔深度,故實際鉆孔深度符合要求。
3、洗孔
洗孔是植筋中最重要的一個環(huán)節(jié),因為孔鉆完后內(nèi)部會有很多灰粉、灰渣,直接影響植筋的質(zhì)量,所以一定要把孔內(nèi)雜物清理干凈。方法是:用不掉毛的毛刷,套上加長棒,伸至孔底,來回反復抽動,把灰塵和碎渣帶出,再用空壓機吹出浮沉。吹完后再用脫脂棉沾酒精或丙酮擦洗孔壁。但不能用水擦洗,因為用酒精或丙酮容易揮發(fā),水不易揮發(fā)。再者用水后孔內(nèi)不會很快干燥。洗孔完成后需要經(jīng)我質(zhì)檢部門驗收,自檢合格后報監(jiān)理驗收,驗收合格后方可注膠。
4、鋼筋處理
鋼筋錨固部分要清除表面銹跡及其他污物,一般采用角向磨光機配鋼絲刷除銹,打磨至露出金屬光澤為止,若鋼筋銹蝕嚴重,要用稀鹽酸浸泡除銹10-15分鐘,后用石灰水中和,再用清水沖洗后擦干方可使用。
5、注膠
錨固膠要選用合格的植筋專用膠水,產(chǎn)品要有合格證明,要能夠滿足我項目承臺植筋施工要求。注膠要從孔底開始,這樣可以排出孔內(nèi)的空氣,為了使鋼筋植入后孔內(nèi)膠液飽滿,又不能使膠液外流,孔內(nèi)注膠達到孔深的1/3或計算孔內(nèi)的用膠量,應扣除鋼筋體積,孔內(nèi)注完膠后應立即植筋。
6、植筋
首先將配置好的結構膠注入孔內(nèi)(宜孔深的1/3或計算孔內(nèi)的用膠量,應扣除鋼筋體積),并將結構膠涂于鋼筋錨固端(宜2-3㎜),然后緩慢將鋼筋插入孔內(nèi),同時要求鋼筋旋轉,使結構膠從孔口溢出,排出孔內(nèi)空氣,鋼筋外露部分長度保證工程需要。
7、養(yǎng)護
植筋施工完畢后注意保護,24小時之內(nèi)嚴禁有任何擾動,以保證結構膠的正常固化。
8、檢測試驗
在植筋前,要對所用鋼筋及植筋膠進行現(xiàn)場拉拔試驗,以確定鋼筋及植筋膠是否符合設計要求。
方法是:制作與要植筋部位混凝土結構相同強調(diào)等級的混凝土試件,按植筋步驟,植入3組鋼筋,待植筋膠完全固化后,進行拉拔試驗。試驗用專用的鋼筋測力計,當加力達到Ⅱ級鋼筋屈服強度時,鋼筋出現(xiàn)頸縮現(xiàn)象,繼而拉斷,這表明鋼筋和植筋膠都是合格的。
植筋后進行非破損性拉拔試驗,用來檢測工作狀態(tài)的植筋質(zhì)量,檢測的數(shù)量是植筋總數(shù)的10%。檢測中,測力計施加的力要小于鋼筋的屈服強度,大于設計部門提供的植筋設計錨固力值。公式為:FM

樓板倒水泥監(jiān)工注意事項

1、要檢查模板到基準之間的高度差,如果相差太大,那么以后現(xiàn)澆出來的樓板可能會出現(xiàn)傾斜
